Just thinking about my life...

Its funny how sometimes when you think everything in your life is going the way you want and things are greater than ever, life will throw a curve ball straight at you so that it hits you right in your heart. I recently got my heart broken by someone I loved more than anything. By a person who was my world and who I would do anything for. It really sucks when you have to let that person go when all you want is to stay together. Its hard to not be selfish. I am sure many people have had their hearts broken. It really really sucks. I never expected this and it has completely turned my world upside down. I can hardly sleep or eat. My mind is going in circles over this. I cant get this person out of my mind. She is all I ever think about. Its so difficult because she was the One! The one I wanted to marry! The one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Its hard working through the emotions of heart break. One moment I will be fine, the next I am all over the place. I am either sad or I am angry. I am either in denial or wonder what if... Its so difficult. The only thing that can heal a broken heart is probably time... Its hard to focus on anything else. This happened at the WORST possible time. We were planning our Christmas together and everything! It feels like such a HUGE disappointment. I am crushed.

What is the best way to move on? How do you get that person out of your mind? They are everywhere you look. Everywhere in your home and all over your life. When you share so many years with a person it makes it ten times harder. How do you let go of the dreams and hopes you had? The plans? Everything??

Cheers,
Don
